3. Carol L. Ryberg Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Scholarship — $7,500

 The scholarship, which provides larger financial support, awards funding to one student from Brown County who studies to become a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

4. Dr. Marc and Lori Burkhart Medical Scholarship — $5,000

 The scholarship provides financial assistance to students who study nursing or attend medical school. The award focuses on students who prepare for clinical jobs that require them to work directly with patients.

5. Joshua Long Memorial Scholarship — $2,500

 The smallest award goes to a student from New Ulm or nearby communities who has been accepted into a BA or BSN nursing program at a post-secondary institution.
