Disney Springs Just Unleashed Its Wildest Halloween Menu Yet—and It Is Full of Spooky Surprises

Halloween Arrives at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar
Halloween is already here in Disney Springs, and Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is back to transform into its seasonal version. This Indiana Jones-themed eatery is now serving seasonal Halloween food and drinks along with its regulars until November 9.
This seasonal transformation includes Halloween decor as well as 1940s retro design elements. You get the chance to relish themed foods and beverages amidst aviation-themed decor and memorabilia from Indiana Jones and the Society of Explorers and Adventurers (S.E.A.).
New Halloween Food Takes Center Stage
There is a wide variety of new shareable options on the seasonal food menu. Candelabra Eggs consist of deviled eggs with fried chicken, tart and sweet pepper sauce, and aji amarillo custard.
Dark Forest Dip is a mix of roasted mushrooms, baby rainbow carrots, hummus, toasted pumpkin seeds, and pita bread. Bone Kebabs comprise pork and beef, prosciutto, creamy tomato sauce, and crispy kataifi straws.
Midnight Mayhem Popcorn Chicken is another hearty shareable dish that consists of crispy fried chicken, candied bacon, spiced walnuts, popcorn, and hot honey sauce.
Skull of the Dead Dip includes barbacoa beef, cheddar sauce, spicy fried onion straws, and plantain chips. Also, there are Alien Invader Sliders, consisting of crispy Nashville hot fried chicken, provolone, dill pickle slices, a cheddar-chive biscuit, and queen olives.
Halloween Drinks Add More Seasonal Flavor
The beverages menu reprises the Fright of the Espresso in different variations. These include cold brew paired with pumpkin spice liqueur and pumpkin spice garnish, a more complex one with Kahlúa, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Baileys, salted caramel syrup, and caramel popcorn, as well as a variant with Kahlúa, Tito’s, toasted marshmallow syrup, and candy corn marshmallows.
New additions to the drink list include Skull and Sour, which is prepared using Jameson, Bols Peach Schnapps, lemon juice, pumpkin spice syrup, green apple juice-filled pearls, and gummy strands.
The Temple of Doom Margarita is a mixture of Patrón Silver Tequila, blackberry brandy, blackberry puree, habanero-lime syrup, and lime juice. On the other hand, Midnight Relic contains Tito’s Vodka, ube syrup, coconut cream of coconut, lemon juice, and edible glitter. Finally, the unconventional Viper’s Nest is made up of pineapple juice, white cranberry juice, green apple syrup, blue curaçao syrup, Sprite, and butterfly pea extract.
A Vintage Halloween Setting
Decorations play a crucial role. Visitors will find pumpkin scarecrows including a flying one, which is a tribute to Jock Lindsey. Vintage lanterns, Jack-O’-lanterns hovering over a diving bell, black cats in the style of Beistle and tinsels typical of the 1940s decorate the place.
Jock Lindsey, who was Indiana Jones' barnstorming pilot, came to the area in 1938 after getting a mythological tip. He then bought some land by the area's springs and settled there. Jock Lindsey's airplane hangar was then turned into the Hangar Bar.
Until November 9, visitors will have a chance to combine shopping and entertainment in Disney Springs with Halloween meals and drinks at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar.
