Moburst's New Acquisition Could Help Brands Triple Their Amazon Sales

Moburst Expands Its Services with the Acquisition of Hyperzon
Moburst, a digital marketing agency, recently acquired Hyperzon, an Amazon marketing agency, as part of the agency’s expansion into its end-to-end marketing services. This acquisition will make it easier for Moburst to provide businesses with growth opportunities on Amazon, as well as assist brands throughout the whole customer experience.
This acquisition has come at a time when Moburst has raised $11.8 million in a strategic investment from Chrysalis Holdings.
Hyperzon Brings Deep Amazon Marketplace Expertise
Hyperzon has developed a great reputation by assisting companies in optimizing their performance on Amazon. The agency was founded by five entrepreneurs, and since then, it has served over 150 brands like Evereden, Primal Harvest, goPure, and Uproot Clean. Brands under its service include those in the industries of supplements, beauty, pets, baby products, fitness, housewares, kitchens, and wellness.
The company claims that brands that are in partnership with Hyperzon achieve 200% growth in sales on Amazon in just eight months. This has been achieved by using various tactics like product listing optimization, advertising, content creation, and store front management.
Hyperzon Will Operate as Hyperzon by Moburst
After the acquisition, Hyperzon will continue functioning using the new name Hyperzon by Moburst. The staff of 30 experts of Hyperzon will become the specialized e-commerce growth team of Moburst.
With the merged companies, the clients will get access to the whole range of Amazon services that include product listing optimization, creative content creation, Amazon storefront management, paid advertising, account strategy, and constant market performance improvement.
Why Amazon Requires a Specialized Marketing Approach
According to Moburst, success on Amazon means a lot more than just doing ads. Product success relies on both paid advertisements and organic ranking, which affect each other.
A brand uses paid ads not only to sell a product but to help with the sales process by improving the sales process and making the product appear higher in the rankings of Amazon. This helps to increase sales even further. Such a strategy requires unique knowledge of how Amazon works, which is not the same as digital marketing.
With the acquisition of Hyperzon, Moburst will be able to provide its clients with unique knowledge and experience for implementing such a complicated strategy.
Company Leaders Highlight the Benefits
Gilad Bechar, the founder, and CEO of Moburst, stated that Amazon has become one of the key channels for product discovery, research, and buying by consumers. He emphasized that Hyperzon meets the increasing demand for special marketplace knowledge, which allows Moburst to create a comprehensive growth platform for customers.
The COO and co-founder of Hyperzon, Hristo Arakliev, said that the purchase of Hyperzon by Moburst will help them scale their Amazon experience further. He also added that the AI technology and international client base of Moburst will complement the services provided by Hyperzon.
Building a Complete Growth Platform
According to Moburst, the purchase demonstrates an increased need from brands for a connected approach to marketing that encompasses all aspects, including brand awareness, search visibility, market development, conversions, and customer loyalty.
Not simply growing for the sake of growing, the company stated that each purchase is meant to add special skills that brands need. By acquiring additional Amazon marketplace expertise, along with already developed AI-powered marketing capabilities, Moburst plans on helping brands grow digitally.
