SOLiD has been recognized as the 10 Most Promising Companies to work in 2021 by The Executive Headlines
Chief Executive Officer
Seung Hee Lee is the co-founder of SOLiD Inc. In November 1998, the company Solid Inc. was found. Currently, Dr. Seung works as the President and co-CEO of the company SOLiD Inc. and SOLiD Americas. While in the beginning stages of SOLiD, Dr. Seung Hee Lee began the company’s technology advancement as CTO and presented executive leadership and supervision as COO. Under his administration, SOLiD has developed to be the best provider of wireless coverage solutions for communication networks, including LTE, NR, satellite digital multimedia broadcasting networks, WCDMA, CDMA, WiBro (mobile WiMax).
Before SOLiD, Dr. Seung Hee Lee was worked as a senior member of the technical staff at the well-known SAIT (Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology), best research on digital communication technologies. In 1998, Dr. Lee was selected as a technology consultant for the future strategy team at Samsung and was a visiting scholar at Stanford University. Also, Dr. Lee holds a B.S. degree in Electronics Engineering from the Korea University and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University.
ALLIANCE 5G DAS
SOLiD delivered more than tens of thousands of Distributed Antenna System (DAS) remotes globally, with everyone providing the most suitable value to power ratio in the business.
SOLiD ALLIANCE is the most docile DAS platform available, emphasizing remote optical units with the power classes from around sub-1W to 2W, 5W, 20W, and 40W, respectively, all operated by the same headend a single strand of fiber. Moreover, our modular amplifiers cover each band used for two-way radio, private networks, commercial cellular.
There are several products that ALLIANCE features.
Some of them are ALLIANCE edgeROU, ALLIANCE MROU, ALLIANCE N2ROU, ALLIANCE HROU, ALLIANCE iBIU, ALLIANCE MPROU, etc. Among these models, The edgeROU is aesthetically gratifying, and when installed on the ceiling, it has a low profile with only 1.5” exposed, whereas the ALLIANCE HROU is available with one, two, or four antenna ports. All ALLIANCE remotes utilize the iBIU headend contributing maximum design flexibility.
PUBLIC SAFETY SOLUTIONS
SOLiD’s active DAS solutions and digital repeater give the versatility and scalability needed to secure cost-effective coverage throughout a structure.
SOLiD’s innovative and new digital public safety repeater, commonly called RESPONDER, gives a standalone solution for medium and small buildings. Moreover, In bigger venues, the SOLiD ALLIANCE public safety Distributed Antenna System remotes prolonged coverage to any size structure. Contemporaneously, SOLiD public safety solutions give the scale, flexibility, and value you want to deliver robust, reliable coverage when it means the most.
Similarly, some products such as ALLIANCE PS2ROU, SOLiD RESPONDER, comes under public safety.
Optical Transport Solutions
Effective use of fiber optic assets is the base of the 5G world. Moreover, the associated world is popping with the need for bandwidth, and wireless data is a prominent contributor. Perceiving that required bandwidth to the edge does not happen without the fiber-optic infrastructure. SOLiD ONE FIBER solutions secure a legacy, and new optical transport networks work at 100% potential and deliver their full bandwidth potential.
Few products such as INFINITY ACCESS™ Tunable Optical Access Platform, CWDM-PLUS/MAX counts on optical transport solutions. INFINITY ACCESS™ opens the network capacity among an existing fiber plant to reach economics of scale, lessening CAPEX and OPEX by building accessible and effective optical access networks. CWDM PLUS/MAX gives CAPEX and OPEX capableness by building wavelength density and configuration flexibleness for greenfield and existing brownfield CWDM transmission plants.
SOLiD services include Training and Certification, Support and Service, Engineering and Design, Monitoring, and Maintenance. SOLiD serves solutions to several industries with these services, including healthcare, commercial property, Hospitality, Higher Education, transportation, Stadium & Arenas.
