Below are the highlights of the interview with Dr. Sam Swapn, CEO of Strategism Inc.

Tell us about your key operations in the market? 

Being one of the leading players in the market, we train and nurture people in hot technologies of Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Salesforce, and the market to assist them in obtaining jobs at FORTUNE 500 corporations and startups in Silicon Valley all over the USA and globally.

What factors influenced or motivated you to start this venture?

I always wished to change people's lives that would have one of the greatest impacts on their lives. Everyone in this world wants to build their career, so I decided to encourage and support them to build their career. One of my biggest motivations to start this venture came from having a keen interest in entrepreneurship. I always wanted to work independently, free from office politics and mediocrity, in some Fortune 500 companies. 

What is the most important key to your success? Share the experience. 

There are so many keys to success - the ability to take risks, be fearless, persistence with difficult challenges, never give up attitude, ability to step outside the process, and always make it happen. We have always followed these keys and made our way simpler. Even while working under most adverse situations, these important things helped us remaining calm and quiet and continuously developing new products and services.

What role your IT Consulting Company is playing in bringing organizational transformation to Businesses? 

Everything now is done by software in today's time; even if you drive a Tesla car today, it is completely digital. Even to show the gesture of smiling, people send an 'emoji.' We are in the space of assisting businesses to develop better software, moreover something that could create a difference in people's lives and shaping their lives. The software transforms a business and its contribution & services.

Tell us about some of the best IT services areas you have served as of now to your clients?

I have served my clients as an Agile Coach. I have even been invited to be a keynote speaker on business, hot technologies and a life coach to multiple businesses and professionals. 

What are the biggest challenges did you face in the initial years?

Building a reference base, in the beginning, was one of the key challenges for us. Getting customers for your products is the biggest challenge, especially when no one knows you and thinks you will shut down in few months. It was natural to me because I was a teacher, professor, trainer, coach, and guide. Challenges came, but we always had the passion for doing something offbeat and out of the box, which helped us raise the business.

How have you raised funds so far? Give details if you approached the funding agencies? Who are the funders? Why do you think they funded you?

I have a bootstrapped organization and have not taken any funds from any VC or Angel. Strategism Inc grew in 13 years organically on its own strengths. Though, now, I am looking for funding as we have a product, Smarter Learner- an engaging and interactive learning tool in hot technologies.

What do you feel are the reasons behind your company's reputation?

Our good customer base and the quality services we provide are the reasons for our company's reputation in the market.

What's so different about strategism inc. training & courses and why one should opt for it?

Our trainers and methodology of delivering courses make us stand out. We have trainers who possess excellent content knowledge and are working on certain technology  to teach. With in-depth knowledge, the trainers are notably energetic and passionate about the topic that is making changes in people's lives. We encourage each student to be like their trainer in real life and understand the training courses they have opted for. 

What all project management and technical courses can help master Scrum, Agile, six sigma, and Kanban, according to you?

One can start with PMP , SSM Agile, and PO. And later on, they can also get a PBA. Other than this, KCP, AI, Blockchain, Data Science are highly in demand. AWS and Cloud security is a hot area these days as several countries and companies sites and data has been hacked from Russia.

How do you bridge the gap between what your clients already know and what's next?

We continuously strive to learn the most advanced and latest tools in the technology space, publish papers and newsletters, speak at conferences about the latest technologies. We offer our clients: knowing the latest and staying ahead of the game is the key to success. 

What is the USP of your brand? What makes strategism inc. different from its competition?

Most of the technology training corporations do not have an orientation towards the job market. We are in the hot technology space, and help professionals get trained and assist them in getting a software job in the USA and globally.

What are your plans for the future of strategism inc.?

Strategism Inc. has more than 100 people globally. Though, the employees and consultants want to increase this count upto 500 people. We are building an application Smarter Learner so that people can easily learn in a highly fun-packed environment.

Dr. Sam Swapn is the CEO of the company for the last  seven years. He founded the company in 2008. He's an ambitious expert in working in a highly competitive environment and growing business  through teamwork and leadership. He's also an agile coach, a business coach, and a life coach. He earned his Doctorate degree from San Francisco, Silicon Valley, California. 

Dr. Sam is an official member of the Forbes Technology Council and a Professor at a University in the Bay Area. Being a highly qualified professor, Dr. Sam has authored four books and worked for around 13 years with Indian Oil before he shifted to the USA.
